What materials do you use in your products?
We prioritize high-quality, durable materials such as high-grade 304 stainless steel, hand-blown borosilicate glass, sustainably sourced cork, and BPA-free wood fiber composites.
Are Black+Blum lunch boxes microwave and dishwasher safe?
Most of our glass and stainless steel ranges are dishwasher safe. While our glass containers are microwave safe, please note that our stainless steel range is generally not suitable for microwave use unless specifically stated on the product page.
How long does shipping take and what are the costs?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days. We offer free shipping on all orders over $50. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy for unused items in their original packaging. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact our support team to initiate a return.
Do you offer a warranty on your products?
Yes, all Black+Blum products come with a 2-year warranty against manufacturing defects. This does not cover normal wear and tear or damage caused by misuse.
How do I care for my charcoal water filter?
Our Binchotan charcoal filters should be boiled in water for 10 minutes every 3 months to keep them active. Each filter lasts for approximately 6 months in total before it should be recycled or composted.
